Principle stereo monitoring system in our Control room. Bi-amplified
monitors with 180+120W, 124 dB of SPL at 1m. Frequency response:
40 Hz/22 kHz. At Alar’s Recording Studio these monitors
are flush-mounted using the standard rack-mounting system for
the Genelec 1032A amplifiers.

Bi-amplified monitors (40+40W) with a 5" woofer, 108dB
of SPL@1m and frequency response from 50Hz to 20kHz.
Alar’s Recording Studio chose this 5.1 surround monitoring
system because it was optimal for its dimensions, power and
optimal frequency response in the horizontal axis.

Frequency response: 29 Hz/85 (120) Hz (-3 dB). Power: 120W/108 dBSPL@1m. Subwoofer
optimized for surround monitoring with the active Genelec 8030A speakers. The
LFE input can be configured for different bandwidths and a reserved output that
permits one to connect more subwoofers in sequence. Magnetic field, phase settable,
etc..
NS10,
NEAR05, HEADPHONES
For the consumer-style listening we have the well-known Yamaha NS10 accompanied
by a Teac A-X3000 amplifier, a couple of ESI Near 05, one of the most popular
two-way speakers in the latest years. The Studio is equipped with two headphone
amplifiers: Phonic A6300 for the control room, capable of accommodating 12 headphones,
and a Q-MIX HM-6 for the recording room, that allows the connection of 6 headphones.
Headphones: N°4 Numark PHX-1, N°4 AKG K141, Sennheiser HMD410 (with mic),
HD500, and HD525.
